"Thats Amore" This kit includes a 1.9lb pizza dough, our signature pizza sauce, pepperoni, and mozzarella.  You will never order out again.

Instruction - Please note that these instructions are just a guideline to achieve your perfect pizza.

Makes one large thick crust pizza or 2 smaller ones about 10-12". 

1. Place dough on a lightly oiled bowl covered with a damp cloth for about 1 hour.

2. Remove dough from the bowl and place it on a lightly oiled counter or table and do the first stretch with your fingers and not a rolling pin. Let it rest for 40 min covered with the damp cloth or plastic .

3. Pre heat oven at 380 degrees.  Using some oil or crisco,  coat the pizza pan and transfer the dough now to the pan and stretch for the second time with your fingers. let it rest another 40 min.

4. At this point you want to stretch it to the edge of the pan, let it rest for about 30 min.  Top with sauce and whatever topping you want EXCEPT cheese. 

5. Bake for about 25-30 min until the bottom and top are golden.  Take out the pizza and top with shredded mozzarella and the cheese will melt on its own ( my preference ) if you ant to cheese darker you can put it back in for a minute or 2.
