This not so traditional St. Honore cake broke all the rules!! Two layers chocolate sponge with caramel drizzle and roasted pecans.  Two layers of our caramel marscapone cream.  Masked with buttercream and marble curls.  Caramel drizzled chocolate dipped small puffs around the top. A real favorite.  SOLD FROZEN - ALLOW 4-5 HOURS TO DEFROST.
